Pro's:
Flys T2 Hulk (Can tank 0.0 3 bs rat spawns with current engineering skills)
Able to use t2 med scout drones (goes with 0.0 tanking)
1 skill from freighter
Flys Itty V (fully rigged)
Easily able to go into research (Science/Engineering V already done)
Easily able to go farther into production (13 hours on Production Efficiency V as of now)
Perfect refine rates
Pretty much this character is made to live in 0.0. With insane tanking on the hulk and the basic skills for production it plays a vital role in war production. Does fine in high sec though with t2 hulk and a fully rigged Itty V it can make a corp much richer :)
Starting bid is 1bn ISK.
No current buyout, might be set later.
